I am a fully qualified BACP registered counsellor, and I work from locations in Central London, Surrey and Brighton offering both short and long term counselling. Locations and fees

My Integrative training means I can draw on several different approaches:
- Person-centred
- Psychodynamic
- Transpersonal

My goal as a counsellor is to enable my clients to achieve some sense of positive transformation whilst within therapy. I always go at the client’s pace, and ultimately see the client and myself as a team working together for their highest good.

I have experience with wide range of issues including depression, self-esteem, addiction, anxiety and panic attacks, sexual abuse, childhood trauma, suicidal thoughts, relationship issues, sexual orientation (including gay and lesbian issues), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, life purpose, finding a deeper meaning in life and spirituality.
